Service Description: This dataset was developed as a resource for the Chesapeake Conservation Partnership in 2024 by the Chesapeake Conservancy with support from the National Park Service (NPS). Conservation collaboratives operating in the Chesapeake Bay watershed were identified from a list provided by the Land Trust Alliance. Service area boundaries were created from county boundary datasets and/or watershed boundaries derived from the National Hydrography Dataset.
