Entire County included in layer. The source material coordinates are Maryland State Plane (North American Datum, 1927) with units in feet. The data is considered map accurate to a scale of 1:7,200 (1" = 600'). Subwatersheds outside the Severn River have been digitized from from hand using the 1984 topo maps at 1,000 scale with 5 foot contours. Subwatersheds within the Severn River have been delineated on 1" = 200' maps created using the County's raster storm drain maps overlaid with vector contours, streams, roads, and buildings. Drainage areas have been delineated based on inlets and street drainage along with the topography.
